Enable staying logged in UX
Please enable staying logged in on the user’s device. In a medical emergency it’s not feasible for someone to struggle inputting your username and password/ logging in to find what’s in network. Delays can mean the difference between life and death. If we’re incapacitated the last thing we’ll be capable of is inputting the login credentials. Think stroke, heart attack, seizure, car crash, etc an infinite list of possibilities
Useless
If you want to submit a claim, you need to go to the website. If you want to see your benefits, you still need to go to the member website.
My user name is my email and it’s too long for the app
As described in title. Please fix this problem.
